1. Project Management Institue (PMI):
As discussed earlier, PMI was founded in 1969 in USA which provides services including the development of standards, research, education, publication, networking-opportunities in local chapters, hosting conferences and training seminars, and providing accreditation in project management. 2. Prince 2 Framework:
Prince 2 methodology encompasses the high level management, control and organisation of a project, but not lower level activities such as scheduling.
